Thank you for choosing Tasha Hicks Cole! We want your paint party to be a success. If your order isn't quite right, we're here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We accept returns of unopened and unused kits within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your kit must be in the same condition you received it, with all paints sealed and the canvas undamaged.
2. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items
- Opened Paint: For Health and Safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any kit where the paint pots or tubes have been opened or the seals have been broken.
- Custom Kits: Any "Party Pack" or "KickBack" kit that includes custom-sketched canvases or personalized color palettes is Final Sale.
- Partial Returns: We do not accept partial returns for the Couple, Family, Kickback or Party Packs. These bundles must be returned in their entirety.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your kit arrives with a dried -out paint pot, torn canvas, or broken brushes, please contact us at fixthisplease@tashahickscole.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photo & quick video of the damage, and we will ship out a replacement part or kit immediately at no cost to you.
4. Return Shipping
- Change of Mind: for standard returns (e.g., you no longer need the kit), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Our Mistake: If we sent the wrong item or the kit is defective, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned kit, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of your approval.
